Atlantic Crime Prevention Resource
Centre is a regional reference and resource centre on
crime prevention and community safety.

Atlantic Crime Prevention Resource
Centre is operated by Community
Legal Information Association of P.E.I. Inc.
with support from the Justice Resource Service of the
Department of Community Services and Attorney General,
PEI and in cooperation with the Atlantic Coordinating
Committee on Crime Prevention and community Safety.
The Atlantic Coordinating Committee
is a regional partnership of provincial community crime
prevention organizations, provincial and federal
government departments and other volunteer members.

Atlantic Crime Prevention Resource
Centre is a legacy from the Moncton regional office of
the Solicitor General Canada. It is a reference and
resource centre which makes information on crime
prevention, community safety and related issues available
in an accessible and user-friendly manner. Crime
prevention associations, advocacy groups and members of
the public need the best possible information about what
is going on and what can be done in crime prevention:
Atlantic Crime Prevention Resource Centre can provide
that.
Atlantic Crime Prevention Resource
Centre serves to promote a climate of cooperation and
joint planning between various levels of government and
community. In addition to information services,
consultative services are offered to community groups,
voluntary organizations and provincial departments on
such matters as project development and community
development.

Located on the first floor of the
