Recent amendments to the Criminal Code and new provincial legislation have rendered most of the CLIA publications containing information for victims of crime out of date and created the need for new publications. In an application to Justice Canada under the Victims of Crime Fund, CLIA proposed to create two new pamphlets and revise six existing publications for victims. The Age of Consent: Young People, Sex and the Law and L’âge du consentement: Les jeunes, la sexualité et la loi are now available online.
