Recent amendments to the Criminal Code and new provincial legislation have rendered most of the CLIA publications containing information for victims of crime out of date and created the need for new publications. In an application to Justice Canada under the Victims of Crime Fund, CLIA proposed to create two new pamphlets and revise six existing publications for victims. Making a Safety Plan in Violent or Abusive Relationships and Élaborer un plan d'urgence pour les personnes dans des relations de violence ou d’abus are now available online and in paper copy.
