Revised Pamphlet entitled "Living Together" now Available

Living Together, formerly called Living Together: Common Law Relationships, is now available on the website. The pamphlet will be available in paper copy in the near future.
On December 19th, the Domestic Relations Act was proclaimed, changing the legal definition of spouse on PEI. This law changes many other pieces of legislation on PEI to include same sex and common law spouses.
CLIA is amending existing brochures to reflect this change.
