Think Tank on Access to Family Justice
On November 25, 2011, 41 people came together in Charlottetown to discuss and brainstorm on how to improve access to family justice on Prince Edward Island. Judges, lawyers, court staff, staff from the Family Law Centre, mediators, non-profit staff, government staff and policy makers were among the attendees.
This event was funded by the Law Foundation of PEI and the Premier's Action Committee on Family Violence Prevention. It was co-hosted with the PEI Advisory Council on the Status of Women.
